We offer character parties where your little one can experience a magical birthday. We partnered with Royal Entertainment Character Company in order to provide a magical experience for both you and your guests. The best part? You have the event center to yourselves for a private party! You can choose from our list of characters and if you don’t see the one you’re looking for, please reach out to us as we add new characters often. 

Our Character Birthday Parties include:

  • The rental of the event center for 2 hours*
  • Your very own Magical Moments party host 
  • A magical experience for up to 20 children including the birthday child
  • The character of choice for one hour of entertainment. Entertainment includes but is not limited to (if time permits):
    • A grand entrance 
    • Coronation ceremony 
    • Face painting
    • Balloon twisting
    • Story time
    • Activities 
    • Games 
    • Pictures 
    • Singing & Dancing
    • Live Performance by character (if applicable)

**All of the materials for the entertainment are provided**

Also included in our birthday bundles:

  • Pizza for up to 20 children* (2 slices per child)
  • Drinks for up to 20 children 
  • Cupcakes for up to 20 children (1 cupcake per child)
  • Permission to bring outside food to pair with the pizza (veggies/fruit tray, salads, hot trays etc.)       
 

GENERAL RENTAL INFORMATION

The following is basic information of renting the space:

  • Available for public rentals
  • Can accommodate up to 100 guests
  • Special pricing on decor, video services, photography with our preferred VENDORS

PRICING

CHARACTER BIRTHDAY PACKAGE     |     $750 plus tax
2 hour venue rental

Extras:

  • Additional children can enjoy the magical experience for $10 per child. 
  • Additional character can be added to the party for $100 
  • Additional time at the event center is available for $100/hr
  • Pizza and cupcakes available for adults for an additional fee.
  • Number birthday candle available for an additional fee

*Additional coverage time for setup & breakdown not included.
*No outside drinks allowed
*No alcohol allowed.
*For safety & cleanliness between of our clients’ events, we require a $95 Cleaning Fee
