GENERAL RENTAL INFORMATION

The following is basic information of renting the space:

  • Available for private rentals (birthdays, weddings, banquets, meetings, baby & bridal showers, etc.)
  • Available for public rentals
  • Can accommodate up to 100 guests

RESERVE THE SPACE

All equipment is for indoor use only. Rentals include:

  • Adult Gold Chiavari Chairs
  • 8 Foot Banquet Tables
  • 4 Foot Round Tables
  • Ivory Linens
  • Children’s Gold Chiavari Chairs
  • 6 Foot Children’s Banquet Tables
  • 4 Foot Children’s Round Tables
  • Table Setup & Tear Down
  • Bluetooth PA Sound System

FOOD & BEVERAGE

  • All liquor, beer, and wine must be served from the bar. 
  • Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages can be brought in by the renter.
  • If alcohol will be served, it must be through one of our pre-approved bartenders.*
  • Outside bartenders are not allowed.
  • No bottles are to be taken from the bar.
  • There are no restrictions to food. The renter is welcome to use the caterer of choice.

WEEKEND

FULL DAY        |       $1200*
All day venue rental

HALF DAY        |         $800*
6 hour venue rental

PARTIAL DAY   |        $650*
4 hour venue rental

WEEKDAY

BY THE HOUR   |   $125*
(3 hour minimum)

Extras:

  • Additional hours of rental available for $100/hr

*Maintainance Fee of 9.95% added to all rentals
*For safety & cleanliness between of our clients’ events, we require a $95 Cleaning Fee
*$400 security deposit required
*Our pre-approved bartenders are available for $40/hr with a minimum of 2 hours.
*Additional coverage time for setup & breakdown not included
